Real Rubio Blanco Ecológico
Varieties
Verdejo, Viura and Malvasía organic grapes.
Vinification
Harvested at the beginning of September. Left to macerate in the vat prior to fermentation for 48 to 72 hours. Bled to separate the free run juice and thus achieve great results, controlling the temperature from maceration right through until the end of alcoholic fermentation.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish glints and a bright sheen.
Very intense and elegant aroma. Predominantly citrus fruits, lime and grapefruit, with characteristic, varietal herbaceous nuances and floral aromas coming through. On the palate, a fresh, lively attack, evolving good, crisp acidity as it passes through the mouth, balancing its delicate volume, with a slight bitterness which gives it complexity. Long, with an aftertaste of citrus fruit and fruit with pips.
Food pairing suggestions
Ideal wine to accompany white fish dishes, blue fish, baked fish, vegetables, smoked food and cold starters.
Best served at between 7° and 9° C.
