Real Rubio Selección
Varieties

Tasting notes
Intense colour, with violet and purple hues to the fore. The brightness and liveliness of the wine speak of its good vinification, its youthfulness, and convey what the winery is seeking to achieve: to take the grape from the vine to the bottle. Clear varietal aromas: blackberry, raspberry, fresh aromas and hints of coffee from the wood. In the mouth, lively, perky, rediscovering what you discovered in the nose, a wide range of flavours which will finish in a reminder of the grapes from which the wine is made.
Food pairing suggestions
Pairs with any menu. With the starters you will enjoy its potential, suitable for meat and casseroles because of its intensity.
Best served at between 12 - 14ºC.
